We had our first harvest in the veggie garden: Spinach greens and some Flashy Trout Back lettuce. Here’s what else is growing:

The garlic is still bulking up and to the right you see a new tomato transplant along with spinach and broccoli.

It is fun to watch the progress this time of year. Everything grows so quickly. Just 2.5 weeks ago I took this picture of the Flashy Trouts Back lettuce and it was too tiny to eat. This week I have harvested three salads worth. The tomato transplants might be a bit early…we’ll see…it has been a warm, dry spring so far.
